Alanya Castle
A Seljuk castle on a peninsula reaching into the sea.

Alanya Castle took its present form in the 13th century under the Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad. Its walls run from the top of the peninsula down to the sea, and the Red Tower and the shipyard at the harbour are part of the same defences. There are wide views along the coast from the top.
