Kaleiçi is Antalya's historic core, with layers from Roman to Ottoman times. The triple-arched gate built for Emperor Hadrian's visit, the Fluted Minaret that symbolises the city, the Hıdırlık Tower and the old harbour at the foot of the cliffs are explored on foot. Restored mansions now serve as guesthouses, cafés and galleries.
