Kibyra is a large Lycian-Cabalian city built on three hills separated by deep valleys, in the Horzum neighbourhood of Gölhisar district. Its standout structures include ancient Anatolia's largest stadium, with a capacity of 12,000-13,000, a 3,600-capacity council building/odeon, and a unique marble mosaic depicting the snake-haired Medusa. A 540-square-metre mosaic uncovered in front of the council building in 2011 is considered Anatolia's largest and best-preserved mosaic area; the remains visible today date from the Roman Imperial period.
