Serinhisar

Serinhisar is a district on the Denizli-Antalya highway, north of the Karaağaç plain. Roasted chickpea (leblebi) processing and livestock raising form the backbone of its economy, with leblebi exported to Middle Eastern countries. It has held a Leblebi and Culture Festival every July since 2001, and is also known for kilims woven from goat hair and wool.
