Popularly known as Döner Kümbet ("Turning Tomb"), it was built for Şah Cihan Hatun; although its inscription bears no date, comparison with similar tombs points to around 1275. Except for the two faces beside its entrance, the tomb's other ten faces carry closely matching geometric patterns and stonework, the resemblance that gives it its popular name. It is considered one of the finest Seljuk monuments in Kayseri.
