At Hasandede, one of Kırıkkale's centres of faith, the tomb of Hasandede, a 16th-century figure of the Hoca Ahmet Yesevi tradition, stands beside a mosque dated 1605. The square, thick-walled cut-stone mosque has a brick minaret. A second tomb holds Hasandede's sons and daughter.
