Dumlupınar

Dumlupınar is where the Battle of Dumlupınar, the final and decisive battle of the Turkish War of Independence, was fought. The monuments on Zafertepe hill, where Atatürk's headquarters stood, the Dumlupınar Martyrs' Cemetery and the War of Independence Museum make the district significant in national history.
