Also known as the Paşa Mosque, the building stands in the Minare neighbourhood of central Muş. According to its inscriptions it was built in the 1740s by Alaeddin Bey, son of Kasım Ağa and governor of Muş at the time. The prayer hall is divided into nine bays by four cross-shaped piers, and the two-coloured stone decoration on the façades and the plant motifs on the minaret stand out.
