Çayeli

Çayeli is a coastal district east of Rize, bordered by Pazar to the east, Çamlıhemşin and İkizdere to the south, and central Rize and Güneysu to the west. Formerly called Mapavri, its economy relies largely on tea farming and a copper mine.
