Şanlıurfa Archaeology Museum and Haleplibahçe Mosaic Museum

Opened in 2015, the Şanlıurfa Archaeology Museum displays finds and statues from Göbeklitepe, the world's oldest known temple, across 14 exhibition halls and an archaeopark. The adjoining Haleplibahçe Mosaic Museum, a column-free building 82 metres across, shows Roman-era mosaics from the Haleplibahçe excavations in situ, including the well-known 'Hunting Amazons' mosaic from the Amazons Villa and the Orpheus Mosaic.
