Tunceli Museum was created by restoring, between 2015 and 2020, the three-storey barracks building designed for military use by German architects in 1937, and it opened on 24 December 2020. Its Archaeology, Ethnography, Coins, Traditional Agriculture, Flora-Fauna, Belief and Stone Artefacts sections display a total of 1,838 items.
