Köşk is a district on the Aydın-Denizli highway, 18 km from the provincial centre. Citrus, cotton and corn grow in the valley, while olives, chestnuts and figs come from the higher ground; the region's largest chestnut market is held here, selling around 10,000 tonnes a year.
