Beykoz, on the Asian side of the Bosphorus, is known for the fishing village of Anadolu Kavağı and Yoros Castle above it. From the hill where the castle stands, the point where the Bosphorus opens into the Black Sea can be seen; the waterside cafés of Kanlıca and Anadolu Kavağı are the district's favourite stops.
